Hidden taskbar how to show

I like thet taskbar aut of the way so have set it to autohide. Most of the time it appears when moving the mouse o the bottom and disappears after moving out. The Super key only hows the menu but not the tasks.

In auto mode how do I force the bar to appear?
If it is visible how to I hide it again?

isn't this behavior cursor-driven? Or moving-a-window-to-the-taskbar driven?
A true dock I can hide til the cows come home.
I never ever tried to hide a taskbar so gotta imagine it works similar.
Furnish DE and someone can dial you in as Alpha said.
