Original-Syn I do think it would be good to have something written to help people understand.
"The kernel will be updated when the kernel maintainer(s) have the time and/or inclination to do so; probably quite a bit faster whenever there are notable (security) issues with the old version. (Also generally no .0 releases). Your mileage may vary."
