Ray You could create the Third Party package from an old commit (with the 2017.10 version) with:
sudo eopkg bi --ignore-safety https://raw.githubusercontent.com/getsolus/3rd-party/feba040c9caa7ccc970d03496131e0c7b1ca4962/office/moneydance/pspec.xml
followed by:
sudo eopkg it moneydance*.eopkg;sudo rm moneydance*.eopkg
Make sure you don't accidentally update it from the Software Center after that though ^^
Note: This is using the official Third Party repository, just an older "snapshot", but you can check everything yourself before you run the commands.
