discover wont launch

elliot13458 Nobody is going to reinstall Discover unless it's you. Solus won't go behind you back. if you got rid of it, it's gone.
after uninstall run
sudo eopkg rmo
and
sudo eopkg dc
just to tidy it up.

do you know if its a kde bug why discover was not launching?

elliot13458 It's a known problem, the devs know it exists for some users. and no, I don't know exactly the reason for this bug. It'll get fixed eventually.

If you click "dev tracker' above at the top I'm sure there's an open issue about it there, and you could read what they are finding out.

Not in this case. If you read the original post, Discover is getting a core dump which is different than the bug reported in the Known Issues.

i read it but i will have to check if it was reported already to kde

ive been using gnome software center i installed but it takes a second to install stuff from it
