Rowzy Just tried to install Solus on Budgie with nomodest and nothing happened, have read some that gnome can work with that.

Rowzy Tranquility Thanks I figured that the answer on my question is yes myself, i mean GNOME really can handle NVIDIA if you ran out of options. But... Are you saying image appears on 4.7 with NVIDIA (have old 1080TI)?
Tranquility Rowzy Yes, I was able to boot from a Solus Budgie 4.7 Live-USB and everything displayed fine (using an Nvidia RTX 3060Ti). I was able to go through the installer without issues. With 4.8, it was not working fine.
