that worked before the update.
going to do a hard reboot and see if that fixes anything

Installed latest ISO with GNOME and updated, did this for three times. Always fails with f2fs after the update (I only have a cursor and cannot switch to any tty; also the UI is barely shown and no command works, with keyboard nor with touchpad). All good with ext4 instead.

Struggling to understand how Nvidia drivers work now since I don't have doflicky anymore, but I think the old v570 is working fine with kernel LTS (my card is RTX 4080 mobile). I guess 580 will arrive later.

edit: my usual luck. Spent half a day and nothing worked, but new ISO is out now.

Launching still directly goes into a window "Create a new profile" and loose your saved settings, logins, Cookies, and functionalities like Sync, mail or calendar.

launching from Terminal gives:

i do not update my other computers because i cannot risk them to loose their Vivaldi browsers too.

i dont have knowledge to do workarounds myself...

i hope this will be solved with another update from Solus-Team?

BTO Create an issue and please stop tagging people about it. There are workarounds available if you search hard enough. You have been posting the same message over and over and it is not nice. We are volunteers and don't have as much time to look over individual issue. We still try do the best we can. Please, respect it.
