I remember now, I tried it. Tried Budgies in a lot of flavors and many were unrecognizable to me as Budgie...some distros really change it. Actually thought Fedora's un-necessarily vanilla. It appears to me Solus Budgie is pretty true to Josh's original implementation--I say that because Josh is gone and there's been no creative re-imaginings of anything I can think of. Viva Le Budgie.
pcdery Yes it is. I just wanted to know if there was an easy way to change de view, like in cinnamon. I'm ok with the list view tho. Thank you all for your response.
Cinnamon also suits me in my backup. Don't think I've used half the settings. That DE has less--to me--internal settings and more applets doing the work, like transparent panels etc. It's another approach. Glad you can live with the menu list.
