Storage device issue with ISO 18.11 RC Plasma

Hello,
I wanted to report a problem with installing and running the Solus 18.11 RC ISO.
No storage devices appear in Plasma, whether USB or PCI m.2.
But they are visible via lsblk and the KDE partition manager.
I don't have this problem with an installation of the January ISO and updates.

Thanks for letting us know. We were able to reproduce this, and are looking into it.

I just tested it, and the result is the same with Ventoy or KDE Image Writer.

Thank you for reporting.

Somewhere between Solus 4.7 and now something changed that resulted in udisks no longer being pulled in for the ISO.

We have resolved this by adding udisks to the base ISO packages list and as a rundep on plasma-workspace and xfce4-session bringing it in line with budgie-session and gnome-session to ensure this never happens again.
