Speaking of syncs, nvidia-470-glx-driver has had some patches backported to Polaris.
Important! If you use KDE Plasma with this driver, you must install the plasma-x11 package, and use the X11 Plasma session at login.
The 470 driver is EOL, and it is only maintained by us on a best-effort basis. That means that we cannot guarantee that it will continue to work correctly. People using this driver should look into alternatives, because it is on borrowed time.
