Right click on touchpad not working

Im new in linux and i saw solus looks nice and i installed it, but my right click on touchpad is not working, how do i solve this?

Firstly welcome to Solus. I hope you enjoy it.
A very simple fix would be to use a mouse. Wireless, corded or bluetooth depending on connection capabilities.
It would help if we knew something about the hardware you are using, please enter inxi -e into terminal and post the results here.
A little bit of background could help too.
Did the touchpad right click work on the previous operating system?
Did the touchpad right click work when you were running in the pre-install 'Live' version?
Is your system up to date? A full update currently involves first using Software Centre, a reboot and then a second update from Discover. It's a bit of a fiddle at the moment but it will be just Discover once the new iso is released.

BuzzPCSOS yes it´s all updated, and my touchpad was working before on windows, im using an Asus Vivobook 16X

When someone asks for help with a problem, please don't tell them to do something else. This doesn't help them to solve the problem.

We always need to know what desktop environment you installed. There could be a missing package that provides the missing functionality. It could be a kernel issue. We also need the information Buzz asked for to investigate.

TraceyC My apologies, the intention was only to provide a temporary fix to allow continued use of the operating system until a solution could be found. Having no right-click would be a real deal breaker for me so a suggestion of a workaround seemed like a good thing to start with.

Edit: For Budgie to start Terminal (I think this should be about right, I have not used Budgie in quite a while)
Press Window key on keyboard.
A menu should pop up the same as it did in Windows.
Don't click on anything, just type Terminal and then click on the application at the top of the list.
A window with a black background should open.
Type inxi -e and press enter. Details about your hardware should display.
At the top of the Terminal screen there should be menu options. One should allow you to save the output as text.

Wigglift It looks you like are not updated to the latest. Please, do sudo eopkg upgrade first.

A few tips on fresh install :

Always do sudo eopkg up first before installing anything from the repo
Better reboot after the first update
We just did an Epoch bump and usr-merge, so do sudo eopkg up again after rebooting.
Reboot again after the second update.
Now, it should be safe to install anything from the repo.

BuzzPCSOS after the system froze i reinstalled the OS and used the program manager that comes with it to update the things i needed, then without rebooting i used the hardware drive to update my graphics card driver, then i rebooted then i could use the right click by touching with 2 fingers, and begun to explore the options with the mouse and the right click button on the touchpad was disabled, so i just enable it, and used the program manager again to update more things that didn't update

What do you mean "update the things I needed" ? Solus is a rolling release, you cannot do partial updates and hope that things will keep working. You always do a full update, everytime (every friday, usually): when prompted for updates, always apply everything and leave nothing behind.

CorvusRuber idk man, i updated 422 things in the first part, then after rebooting i checked and needed to update more 25, and after that everything was working just fine

Wigglift Glad you got up and running even if it was in a slightly unconventional way.
Hopefully future updates can be carried out if full without any problems.
Some of your problems might have been due to a failing or damaged disc, it would be good to do a hard drive check disc and take a look at the S.M.A.R.T. disc report. The tool for both activities should be available in the Gnome tool Disks which is already installed on Solus Gnome.
If everything checked out well it might also be a good idea to test your RAM for errors. A good tool for this is Memtest86+ which is a stand-alone tool.
