WiFi Problem - NetworkManager-wai.vice

My WiFi was working until this past hour when I booted my laptop computer. When I turn off the computer I get these messages--

[FAILED] Failed to start NetworkManager-wai.vice - Network Manager Wait Online.
[FAILED] Failed to start nmb.service - Samba NMB Daemon.

Any tips?

From reading that and brents post that is prob a good place to start since its throwing an error.

a long time ago this was the kind of stuff a WIN update would do to solus. derail Network Manager. never dual booted again. WIN ssd is under the bed.
I digress.

sudo systemctl status nmb.service

from there. you can start/restart etc.
I have no idea what a .vice file is I think you copied/pasted incompletely there

I am no expert at all because in systemctl there are like 4-5 ways to restart a service.

Just try start and reboot.
If it holds you know you fixed it.

If it doesn't then we have to find out what has suddenly out of the blue disabled networkmanager.service and nmb.service

Longshot. As it is a laptop make sure you have not switched off your laptop wireless from a keyboard key combination or a wireless control button. Depending on the age of the laptop something like that is likely to be a feature and can cause unexpected results.
Test firmware. Try booting from a different OS. If you still have the Solus boot media that you installed from it is worth trying the Live environment as wireless should work unless hardware has failed.
