Plex and Nextcloud

I've been hosting Plex and Nextcloud on a Solus machine for the past year or two, and I've been doing it through snaps. Given the message that keeps popping up when I update a snap, about how it might stop being made available with Solus, I wanted to ask the community how you have been running Plex and Nextcloud on your Solus machines (if you do, if you don't, why not, etc.). I know Nextcloud has an AIO solution, but I'm nervous to migrate because I'm not super familiar with it. For Plex, I only see rpms and debs offered officially. Has anyone hosted Plex as well?

I would run it on dedicated server machine in docker container. Never tried Plex but tested Nextcloud AIO a bit in container, it was slow and not responsive. I would rather look for Nextcloud alternatives. What features are you using in Nextcloud?

I recommend reading our post about Snap support. We are not planning on removing Snap support at this time.
