Does it pain you to provide a minimum of context to your "questions" ?
What DE are you using ? At what version ?
Are you using default settings or did you change something ?
Did you install some extra extension/package/script/whatever that interacts with your DE ?
Are you on the stable repo or on unstable ?
Are you up to date ?
Support requests are impossible to resolve without minimum, basic information about the environment you're using, so it's a good idea to start providing that.
