QGIS fresh vs. QGIS LTR

Hello Solus users! 🙂
I'm really impressed with Solus but I'm still new to linux at all, packaging and compilation processes are still kind of magic for me. I use Debian on my main machine and installed Solus on the other, nevertheless, my goal is to replace Debian by Solus in near feature.
I work a lot with open-source GIS everyday - I use mainly QGIS. Solus repository offers newest version of QGIS and here is my question.
Would it be possible to distinguish QGIS releases to newest and also add long term release? And regarding this, would it be technically possible to have them installed both - QGIS newest and QGIS LTR - alongside on the one machine? I know there's possibility to get QGIS from flatpak but there's also newest release over there.
By the way, are there any QGIS users here? 😃

There are two main purposes for using LTR over fresh one:

Some of the plugins are not optimized for newest version or even not available at all.
When you're getting any issuses, bugs which lead to QGIS crash, the first step is to reproduce your workflow in LTR.
Actually, the second of mentioned points is less visible in last years of development. QGIS is more stable in general but sometimes (in some source code) are bugs that will be fixed at LTR version of specific release.
It's always kind of choice between newest built-in functionality and stability.

Do you use Solothurn or Bratislava?
Parallel installation of both versions would only be possible as flatpak or appimage.
