"Same hardware" meaning ?
There's not a single post of yours where you mention where you're trying to install Solus; for all that we know you're using a bunch of third hand, 20 years old rusted parts.

Choose the flavour, boot the live media and start the installer.

NVIDIA RTX4000 probably is not supported by the current install media. In a termianl <kbd>Ctrl</kbd>+<kbd>Shift</kbd>+<kbd>3</kbd> I was able to do sudo eopkag ugrade -y (I believe that was it) and than I was able to boot in Solus.

(I was on the brink throwing the towel and go back to F42)
( oh, <kbd> is not working here)
