I'm currently having to use mobile data (Smarty / Three) as my main internet connection, when I try to perform updates it fails when downloading any file over around 8MB. This happenes in both KDE Discover & when running eopkg up from a terminal.
Below is the output from discover

As a work around for this I've been having to CD into the packages folder and run the update from there and then removing the failed download and wget the file, run update and repeat if necessary.
I'm 99% sure its a ISP issue as updates work when not on Smarty/Three
