Dragon icon theme is a theme that are semi-transparent and comes in different colors. The set is made that 48 px icons and below are are monochrome and 64px icons and higher are made as "real" icons. The idea behind this is to use Gnome Extension "Dash to Panel" to get a cool desktop.
