If someone created a kernel package for you they'd have to update it every time Solus updates its kernel, or you'd get out of sync with the official packages. (You'd also have to do the same if you created it yourself, but in that case you'd at least not depend on someone else every time).
In general this would be a pretty involved effort, but you could use the existing kernel package recipe as a base and then build on that. Personally though I'm unwilling (and, perhaps, unable) to guide someone through the whole process.
I'd say there is pretty much no chance the Solus team would include a new kernel package, due to the effort that involves.
