I really like Solus plasma. However I was curious about Gnome and was told to try it out on a VM. I downloaded and installed both Gnome and Budgie on Boxes.
When I tried to update them I ran into a problem. Both of them hang when they get to load number 127. Budgie hangs at 127 which is libreoffice common. It stops with a download speed of 0 B/s and will stay that way as long as I willing to wait. I have waited for up to 30 minutes with no change.
Gnome does the same thing at 127 which is ffmpeg. I think it is very strange they both stop at the same number even though the download programs are different. Does anyone have any ideas how I can get past this?
