Dual-boot Windows 11 causes clr-boot-manager to run out of space

I got a new laptop, installed Windows and then Solus Plasma next to it using multi-boot option. At the end of the install clr-boot-manager failed, and unfortunately the logs didn't automatically copy to the clipboard.
I tried doing boot recovery and running clr-boot-manager update, but it failed due to lack of space. Answer is probably obvious, Windows' 100MB boot partition is too small, but what are the recommended steps now? A linux entry got created in the boot partition, but the kernels didn't get copied.

Should I now shrink the EXT4 partition, create 1GB ESP partition, do boot repair with it and then try to move Windows files there?

JacekJagosz Welcome to Solus. I think one of our other users created a helpful guide here.
I hope that helps. Please bear in mind that putting Solus and Windows on the same drive can be very maintenance intensive. It is a pita.
Depending on what you want to use Windows for, you may find that installing Windows as a virtual OS inside something like Oracle VirtualBox might suit you better.
There are only a few commands required at the terminal to get you on your way with a virtual machine if you choose to go this way.
sudo eopkg install virtualbox-current sudo usermod -aG vboxusers $USER

probably increasing the partition size would be enough, BUT, it's not guarantied that some windows update would mess-up with it the dual-boot.
