Every time I bring my laptop back from hibernation by opening the lid, the wallpaper gets distorted everything else is fine and the issue fixes with the reboot

It will also fix with a wallpaper refresh or logout/in - do you have a jpg wallpaper? try a png - seems to have solved it for me.

changing wallpaper seems to fix the distorted background for me. Not much of a problem but it is quite annoying. Will try using png instead of jpg asn @[deleted] said.

muiz I had to reinstall and the problem came back - i thought i did everything as it it was before but apparently i must have missed something cause as i said the problem is back and i have to reset the wallpaper after each resume.
