Axios I think really its pretty trustworthy used it a lot without issues
the early one think had issues but the current i trust
the question is why does it keep throwing this error? Lots of boot threads lately I noticed.
If this is the second time you got this error since your Plasma expedition then interesting.
You started this not long before I went on my Gnome expedition but I have not used Disks in Gnome yet.
I will boot up that laptop later and check Disks for the sake of variables.
Axios All the other partitions checked ok so pretty sure it not the drive.
I normally make boot 1GB FAT as well. If the rest of the partitions check out than it's not your new-ish SSD.
Axios I thought something may have got borked on install since this is on my new plasma machine
but guess thats not the case since it happened again.
twice means a persistent thing I guess. it's gotta be Disks being overly-sensitive about something but what? And how you get a second opinion? @BuzzPCSOS shared this great guisentinal program but that thing measures pure disk health overall. I've used it to make decisions i.e. a disk with 65% bad blocks and errors becoming unusable.
that might be an extreme tool for you since none of your other partitions throw fix errors.
more thoughts-
a known known in Plasma?
or using a Gnome Tool (disks) in Plasma?
I've never had much luck (that's a gd understatement/sugarcoating btw) using KDE tools in a gnome/gtk environment ever. maybe it works like that the other way, too?
