High CPU load and standby freeze

Hi,

I have a laptop HP ELITEBOOK Folio 1040G4 Core I5 7300U 3.5Ghz - 16Go ddr4 - 256GO NVME. I'm using Solus Budgie 4.7 up to date.
I always have CPUs between 10 and 20% with nothing open. Just moving the mouse quickly gets the CPUs up to 60-70%. I also sometimes have freezes when I wake up from standby, and I have to switch off by pressing the button because nothing responds. I use the PC every day but I feel it's quite heavy at times.

If you have any ideas as I would like to stay on Solus. Thx!

Please run top (or something like it) in terminal, and post a screenshot of the terminal window here. We need to know what processes are using the most CPU before we can provide any advice. Thanks.

I realized with the top command that Brave and chrome also saturate the CPU, for video playback it's a disaster.
