No booting

Have a computer which runs solus since November, and just out of nowhere it refuses to go past HP logo boot splash screen.
I've tried a usb stick witha live version of solus and it works just normal and I can see that I recognize the ssd as well.
I don't want to wipe it clean, mostly by principle.
What could be wrong and what should I do to make it healthy again?
The object is a HP Folio 9470m

Benke I use budgie live and disks but I would check your efi and solus
partition for errors as a starting point.

What flavor are you running?

The last I did with it was when I about 24 h ago made that live usb stick. Shut ut off in good order.

Benke Have you tried using f12 or boot menu and trying to boot that way?

Can you get into the BIOS /EFI boot loader at all?

Does the system boot with a live USB of any distro at all?

If either of these don't work, there's a more serious problem. If this is the case, resetting or re-flashing the BIOS / EFI boot loader may resolve it.

I can enter bios normally and I can run any live image including solus without any issues. It just stopped to boot the installed solus.

Benke If you bring up the bios boot menu (usually f12) and select the
disk you want to boot does it Boot???????????

But if I have give up my rescue attempt, is it possible to install solus on top of the existing installation?

just to be sure, does the ssd pass the S.M.A.R.T. test? if and only if it support S.M.A.R.T.

Couldn't fix the issue and put Endeavour on it for the time being
