I know this is an old post BUT a similar issue here -- Budgie desktop Opera ,Chrome other apps -- start a stream on youtube/facebook for example I must open sound and set volume to on ( corresponding slider ) -- change to new vid have to repeat -- any thing I can do other than rinse/repeat ?
