Keyboard control of Budgie menu

Is it possible to control Budgie menu via keyboard? I use Super key to access the menu, but I'm unable to navigate categories and apps via the keyboard. I seem forced to use the mouse/touchpad. I would have thought TAB would move between categories and apps, and the arrow keys would allow me to move up and down, but nothing works. Is this possible?

I realise that it may be more appropriate to ask on the buddiesofbudgie Github, but I've not managed to get a response to my previous question there and I guess they're focused on getting 10.10 out of the door rather than responding to usage questions.

It appears that it's an issue with the Built-In Theme option in Budgie Desktop Settings. Keyboard navigation does work, but enabling that option prevents the selected category being highlighted until the Enter key is hit... I need to raise an issue on the Github.
