Something is downloading in the background

Just noticed on my Network Speed widget that something is downloading at 500kbps and uploading at around the same rate. System monitor processes is showing nothing how do I track it down? I only have Brave open. Only recently started happening that I noticed.

If you notice background network activity and want to check what's going on, two useful tools available in the Solus repository are:

nethogs – shows bandwidth usage per process:

sudo eopkg install nethogs
sudo nethogs

iftop – shows traffic per IP/hostname and port:

sudo eopkg install iftop
ip a            # find your active interface
sudo iftop -i <interface> -P -N

Thanks for that it's stopped now and was onedrive must have been doing a sync.
