Gnome users, do you use any music/audio player?

I have been wondering if music/audio player is still in use nowadays. I also have a few follow up questions:

Why do you use it?
Which apps did you use? Is it the default one (rhtymbox)?
What do you think of other gtk music/audio player in the repo (Decibels, Audacious, Gapless, Gnome Music, etc)?

i mostly use plasma these days but ive got a long gnome history.
why: cos its the how i listen to music. no spotify etc
which: rbox mainly, sadly remember the rhythm plugin doesent work anymore. need somehing that will continue playback when restarting the app
others:
audacious: if i could make it look native it would be my choice, last time on gnome it didnt look native
gapless: pretty meh, no playlists afaik
gnome music: relies on tracker or what its called nowadays, something i always nuke
recordbox looks decent but not sure if its got playlists
lolypop: meh, hate the transitions and general gui

For some reason I am attached to rhythmbox, even though I only use it rarely.
Most of the times I use audacious.
Gapless, gnome music, never fit my usecases and are heavier on ressources.
I kind of like lollypop, but also barely use it.

I really like museeks, looks like iTunes, but has many flaws. Though it's rewritten currently. Can't build it due to old CPU, but I keep an eye on that one.

that's my go-to for all my deep cuts/ripped treasures. I don't need much (a la Strawberry) I just want to rock n roll. Museeks the most minimalist player in this thread.

I don't because I prefer having the same app for audio and video. Celluloid does both quite fine for my needs, and VLC is very good as well 🙂

Rhythmbox is the best. Mainly for home cd's with I ripped and got on sdd now.
Today's I mainly use YT for music...

I use strawberry for organization and to generate playlists from my collection.
For those playlists i use mpv from terminal ( mpv --gapless-audio yes ) .

I mainly use audacious when I (rarely) play music files on my computer (I mostly use my phone for that). Since those rare cases then sometimes include chiptune music, audacious seemed to have the best support for those (out of the easily usable players) back when I first tried a bunch of apps.

For the past few years, I've only been using Spotify.
My CD and MP3 collection is on ice.
I'm lazy, and Spotify makes it incredibly easy.
