What desktop environment are you using?
Many of the warnings and errors point to a problem with a theme it seems you installed
/home/franck/.themes/Adwaita-Dark/gtk-3.0/gtk-widgets-assets-dark.css : No such file or directory
and

What I'd recommend is to create a brand new user and try launching Geary with that user.
If it works properly with that user, the theme you have under your normal user is likely the problem.
