It's a known error on Plings servers. Not much you can do about it.

I solved it from global themes and various combinations, thanks.

its been working on and off for years im my experience. it will probably never be a good way to install kde stuff. better off getting it from the website

I had reported this via the KDE bug tracker and it has been resolved. As SethStorm666 mentioned, Solus has no control over the Pling servers.

Update: Either the issue wasn't actually resolved, or it has recurred. In any case, here's the bug report, for anyone who wants to follow it:
