Paperwork doesn't start after latest OS update

Today I have installed all latest updates and now Paperwork does not start anymore. I have tried with reinstalling, but same issue

EDIT: Why is uploading of a .txt file not allowed ?? How can I add a log file if it is not allowed ??

confirmed on it, will try to cherry-pick the fix to stable if i can
