How to create a eopkg from my own created FF fork jojo-135.tar.xz

Since longer I'm building a FF fork as .deb, .rpm, AppImage and Win-portable. And now I want create also a eopkg. But I can't find a working tutorial or script. I have seen the post about ~/.solus/common/Scripts/autopackage.py, but I can't find that script.

Where can I find the script or a tutorial ?

Theoretically there is also still the old method that the Third Party repository uses, but that's not recommended, no real documentation available, and will disappear any day now.
