After many, many years of cloning various systems, I've found that the free FoxClone (at foxclone.org) is the only program that consistently/successfully clones Windows and Linux file systems, GPT and MBR/legacy/MSDOS partition tables, as well as cloning the UUID properly.
I just used it to upgrade my existing dual boot Win/Lin to a larger SSD.
Of course, you'll need to expand the partition table with GParted to use the larger SSD when it's done.
Use the USB live boot version of FoxClone to avoid issues.
