alfisya Plasma and Gnome are wayland by default (after install). XFCE has experimental wayland session, but still X11 by default. Budgie is X11 by default, no wayland session yet but they are working on it (Very close).
Sebastian Budgie 10.10 is going to be wayland only, whilst Plasma and GNOME still offer possibility to login in a x11 session also.
