BuzzPCSOS banger Check how much RAM and hard drive space you have allocated as Win11 is very strict with it's requirements. I have used an autounattended.xml file inserted into the iso for this purpose which makes Win11 less choosey on older hardware. It does work on the latest Windows iso but that was a few Solus updates ago so there could also be an upstream issue.
banger I am just using the defaults of 8gb, 4 CPU and 127GB disk space. Seems it cant create the guest domain. I cant get the ISO to boot at all. Errors out and says end of file reached.
banger I have the Win 11 setup running in VirtualBox just means two virtual managers. Got Win 11 installed on VirtualBox so workaround.
BuzzPCSOS banger Oracle VirtualBox is my go-to virtual machine. Rereading your post I think you may have been using something different. I believe recently there were some softwares that had problems with the latest Win11 iso. Maybe that was the problem here. Anyhow glad everything is working fine now.
Harvey There was an issue with the newer version of libvirt. It has been patched and will be cherry-picked once build finishes: https://github.com/getsolus/packages/commit/ac8073220b91a3dcde5bf0eba6a6311d9945b9ec EDIT: It has been cherry-picked.
