I'm running a dual display vertical stack setup. My top monitor is rotated 180 degrees which means I in display settings have to use the "Landscape (flipped)" setting. My primary monitor on the bottom is a dual mode LG display, which switches between 4k 280hz/1080p 480hz at the press of a button.
Every time I press the above mentioned button, and the primary monitor switches resolution, the configuration for both my monitor layout and orientation are completely disregarded. My secondary display is back to the regular landscape mode (not flipped) and is in software placed to the left of my primary monitor. The secondary monitor has also been assigned the "Primary display" in settings.
Are there any ways to preserve monitor settings for use cases like this? So one does not have to change all the settings back to the proffered values. Any time the resolution changes.
