houndhen I was attempting to replace another distro that was installed. When it failed, there was a file copied to the clipboard. I copied the file. Not sure how to upload the file in case anyone is interested in trying to see the reason for the failure.
ReillyBrogan houndhen you'll probably need to copy the file to a writable USB, or open a browser and upload it that way
