Use Python 3.7

Hello,
I started to learn python on windows with 3.7 version, i installed Python3 on Solus and i see that it's the 3.6.3 version. I would like to work on the latest version for learning. I tried to build the 3.7.3 from source but I encountered some GCC problem (error: C compiler can't create executable). Is there any easier way or a solution for me to use this version ?
About PyEnv,, can i install this 3.7.3 version with it?

As far as I know, pyenv can create a 3.7.3 environment. You should look into this for managing alternate versions.

3.6 and 3.7 changes are mainly performance enhancements and nice extra features. Most study material on python hasn't even caught up to 3.7 and that's fine.
If you feel the need to use the absolute latest iteration, and don't want to build from source, I suggest using a package distributed by an alternative build environment like Nix.
