ISO net-install

Is it possible to create a net-install ISO?
I think it might be easier to maintain, and it would avoid major updates on first startup.

We are not planning to make a net-install ISO. We feel that Solus as a desktop-focused operating system, the user have to try the desktop before installing it. A Net-install ISO (while convenient for someone with speedy internet) does not achieve this goal.
