Any time an application in Plasma crashes, and Dr Konqui appears, you should use the Developer Information (backtrace) in it to file a bug with KDE at https://bugs.kde.org
You'll need to install devel packages to get a good backtrace (and see less lines with ?? in the Developer Information). For more information, see

This crash is an upstream KDE Plasma issue since it is not related to how we package Plasma. The crash is in the plasma-browser-integration-host which is developed by KDE.
