Vivaldi 7 sync problem

Since the last update, Vivaldi sync no longer works.
I'm alone with this problem ??

The Vivaldi sync service is currently unavailable. We are working to bring it back online.

Update: The process to restore the sync service to operation is expected to take several hours to complete. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Harvey Their sync server is down.

If I'm reading the sync server message correctly, apparently the sync server is up and working now, but I still can't enter an encryption key or do a sync. Not an urgent matter for me right now, but I'm curious about why the sync still fails for me.

WetGeek Latest update now says:

Update 5: We're still seeing some issues with sync performance and are continuing to make adjustments to improve things.

So it seems like it's not completely resolved yet.
