banger these are all programs needed by your flatpak apps. you can't get rid of them.
all the apps you listed were flatpaks. flatpaks have names like io.github.webcamoid.Webcamoid with lots of periods.
when you install with discover you are not noticing if what you install is a solus app or a flatpak app. I know gnome-software tells you. I never used discover.
[ I do all my flatpak hunting thru the terminal: flatpak search webcam. Tell you the truth I've never let a 3rd party install flatpaks for me. ]
as an aside---it is weird, however, that flatpak is updating tons of these every day I update it. I was assured it was normal.
EDIT: Technicality: I don't know if Solus/Flatpak apps NEED all that freedesktop crap, I know the flatpak installs with them.
