Floorp Browser

I noticed this post in the KDE forum, and since I know that you have a long history with FireFox, I thought I'd pass it on to you. Supposed to be based on FF, but much better. Have you heard of it before?

"Took a better look at Floorp. Stupid name, not to bad browser. Has some nice UI features and, although based on it ( and with a ton more functionality out of the box), seems a bit snappier than FF.
Personally I certainly prefer it over Librewolf. Changed a little bit in the default settings but added an arkenfox user.js. Also nice for folks that aren’t very good in css ( for the userChrome and such) btw. Dunno, maybe someone who never heard of it might like it.

WetGeek I tried it for a week. it's not a security conscious fork of FF, it is a shiny cool flashy inventive fork of FF. It worked hard to make FF look like Chrome. They did some neat stuff with stacked tabbing. It does not resemble FF--it's unique. It's a Japanese browser. the legend is it was started by bored Japanese university students.

Wasn't for me as a DD, but a lot of people do use it daily.

FUN FACT: remember poor Midori who has been the browser no one has used the last 25 years? they just rebuilt on top of Floorp. That I would check out for some reason.

Anyway it was a fun week with Floorp--it is eye candy for sure.
