What can we do to get rid of RIDL, the newly discovered intel feature to share your data with anyone?

I saw MS, Apple etc are busy creating software patches, hope the linux community is busy too.
Do we have to install intel firmware patches, if they are available, or is this all handled by Solus updates?

Roberto I'll be updating the kernel today to get the current software mitigations. If there is a patched microcode, I'll push those out too. Otherwise, your motherboard vendor is responsible for distributing updated firmware.
