Remove unused kernels and their packages

Is there an easy way to remove old kernels like 6.9 etc that I no longer boot from. I can remove them from the boot menu using Grub customiser but what about the kernels and their support packages?

Hmm running sudo clr-boot-manager list-kernels only lists one kernel for Solus yet the Grub boot menu has several.

Tried to boot from the other entries on the menu and got the error kernel file missing. So just removed the entries with Grub Customizer. All sorted.

banger glad you got it. that is an unconventional method but it's gotta be better than that puke app efibootmgr..
that said there are a couple comprehensive threads (if you use search) detailing the pitfalls and the precision needed etc but I was at work and did not look. Does not sound like you needed it!

I dont know if efibootmgr would work on my system as its very old (2008 no UEFI) and MBR so it may not work. Anyway Grub Customiser did the trick. 🙂
