I3 config file

Hi I'm trying to use I3WM. But I don't find the config file. Where is it ? I need to made it?

Why i Have some tearing when i scroll on firefox with i3 ?

the first time i3 starts it asks you if you want to create a config file and to choose which key to use for the keybindings. If you skip that step if think the config file is in the /usr/share/i3 directory from where you can copy it to your $HOME/.config/i3

stekte I had to launch a command line to be able to generate the conf file. I'll repeat the experience on I3 later ...
