AlphaElwedritsch what do you mean exactly? Every time you open the laptop lid, or when you initially log in?
Harvey Budgie Desktop Settings -> Autostart -> + button and select add command -> set command to xdg-open https://chorcha.net/dashboard That will open the site in your default web browser every time you login.
