A Solus unified icon theme?

I'm airing the idea if Solus should have its own icon theme so it gets a unique look so it doesn't look like any other Distros out there. The problem with distros in the theming department is that they all uses one of this 3 icon theme: Breeze, Adwaita or Papirus. They are great but when 500+ distros uses all the same icon themes. I can understand why Papirus is choosen as it has the biggest selection of icons out there.

I don't mind taken the task to create an icon theme for both KDE, Gnome and Budgie for Solus. It takes time, a lot of time infront of the Inkscape app and a lot of coffee.
Do the devs of Solus have any thoughts of the suggestion?
