Steam hardware decoding

Loving Solus.

Have one remaining issue I cannot figure out. I have a HP Spectre x360 with an intel HD 630 and a AMD VegaM GH. I cannot get Intel hardware decoding working on Steam using the Intel 630 GPU. Steam always shows four threads software decoding.

I've read that with the latest updates of those libraries it broke Intel hardware decoding possibly. Hoping there is a work around someone knows about that I haven't been able to find so far.
