BuzzPCSOS Solus seems to be missing a whole EFI directory.
That seems like an unusual conclusion, since efi.img is present in both of your pictures. It's considerably bigger in the Solus image, but that's been explained many times here.
I'm not sure what's causing your problem, but it's not because it's missing on the Solus "live" .ISO. I've used the Calameres installer from Solus to install UEFI OS instances on three laptops, two desktops, and four VMs. They not only installed okay, but they're all running well, and all using EFI.
Let's see if we can figure out what the problem is. Are you installing Solus on a disk (or SSD) by itself? I ask because you mentioned several other distros in your message. If Solus is trying to use an EFI partition that was created by Windows or another Linux distribution on the same drive, that partition may not be large enough.
That could be causing EFI not to be found, but it's usually fixable. Please tell us more about your installation process. Other folks here can probably think of even more potential causes that haven't occurred to me. @brent, especially, is very experienced with solving these boot issues.
